In a frying pan put a splash of EVOO and add the gnocchi. When the pan is very hot, add a splash of water (not covering the bottom of the pan) to help the gnocchi to cook a little. When the water evaporates, brown the gnocchi.

Wash and slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan to cook and brown them together with the gnocchi that are almost ready.

When the mushrooms are golden brown, add the drained can of tuna and the olives cut in slices (to taste). Add a little salt, heat and the recipe is ready.
