Mango ice cream with chocolate coating

The first step is to mix the yogurt with the mango chunks in the bowl of a blender and blend.

Pour the mixture into the molds. I have some lekue molds that are great and we put them in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Melt the chocolate. I melted it in the microwave in 30-second increments, always making sure it doesn't burn.

Put the chocolate on top of the ice cream. It will harden often so don't worry ☺️ I have put some peanuts as a topping but you can put any nut, whatever you like 🤤. The trick is to let the ice cream temper for about ten minutes before eating it. I assure you that it is to die for! It is my favorite ice cream without a doubt! The chocolate is super crunchy like magnum ice cream 😜
