First, we squeeze the orange to extract all the juice.

Next, place the salmon in a frying pan over medium heat. Cut the carrots into strips and place them also in a pan, in this case, over low heat (so they cook in their own juice).

Once the salmon is placed inside the pan, pour the orange juice and 200 mL of soy into the pan. (The amount of soy can vary, but when the orange juice darkens considerably you can tell it is the right amount of soy to put in).

Let it cook over low heat until the carrots soften. And once they are this way, add 100 mL of soy, turn off the heat and let it reduce for a couple of minutes.

Finally, plate the salmon and carrots and enjoy!
