Place the tuna between plastic wrap and crush it with the help of a mallet and when it is thin, transfer it to a plate.

The avocado ali-oli is simply crushing the other ingredients: milk, egg, avocado, garlic, oil, a pinch of salt (if you have not boiled the egg, do it before the first step to save time).

Season the tuna with a pinch of salt, pepper and lemon.
