In a bowl, put the milk and oil and mix well. Add the oat flakes and let them hydrate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the previous mixture.

Sift the flour and the yeast and add it little by little, stirring constantly.

Add the chopped apple and cinnamon to taste and mix well.

Pour the mixture into molds and bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
