Preheat the oven. In the microwave, heat the apple for a couple of minutes until soft.

Mash the apple, eggs and date paste.

Add the flour and the yeast and make wrapping movements.

Fill half of the molds with this dough. More or less half of the dough should be left over.

In the other half that is left over, pour the cocoa and add it to the dough.

Fill the molds with the new dough. And move with a toothpick to get the marbling.

Melt the chocolate at 85% and dip a little bit in each cupcake. We can decorate some or all of them with nuts.
