Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.

Put the chia and double the amount of water in a glass and stir until a gelatinous texture is obtained.

Add the chia, oats and buckwheat flour to the bowl of mashed banana and mix to a dense paste.

Put a frying pan on the fire and grease with oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan.

When the pan is hot put half of the dough and spread it. Wait a few minutes, when the dough is golden brown underneath, turn the pancake very carefully.

Put chocolate chips on top of the pancake.

Once it is cooked, carefully remove it from the heat.

Do the same with the rest of the dough.
