Do not pay attention to the quantities given above, as it will depend on the number of diners you are or the size of your mold. In my case, as it was for myself, I used a 15 cm diameter mold.

Cut the vegetables into slices so that they are of similar thickness.

Here comes the fun part: we put the vegetables in a spiral, alternating the slices; a slice of zucchini, a slice of squash, another of tomato and so on until the spiral is finished.

Add a dash of EVOO, a little salt and oregano if you like. Now put the mozzarella on top and take it to the Airfryer at 180° for about 25 minutes. Keep an eye on it just in case. And that's it! It comes out super tasty, a little crunchy on top.
