Prepare a bolognese by chopping the vegetables, sautéing them and mixing them with the meat. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.

Make a light béchamel sauce

Put the lasagna sheets, a layer of meat, a layer of bechamel sauce and repeat until we run out of meat and bechamel sauce. Cover with cheese and oregano.
