Preparación de la receta

Soak the 3 sheets of neutral gelatin in cold water for approximately 5 minutes.

Peel and cut the mango.

Put the mango cut into pieces in the blender jar.

Heat the cup of milk (210 ml) and once hot add the drained gelatin sheets.

When the gelatin has dissolved together with the milk, add it to the blender and blend all the ingredients together.

Put the mixture in a mold and add the banana and red fruit toppings (or whatever fruit you like). Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
