With a little extra virgin olive oil, heat the frying pan and sear the salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

We cut the remaining ingredients into small squares and put them in different bowls so that everyone can make their own taco.

We put one of the tortillas inside a glass so that they remain folded, wet with a little water. We put it in the microwave for a few seconds. This way we get a crispy tortilla.
