Hydrate the 5 dates in hot water for 10 minutes and process them with three tablespoons of the same water.

In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, the two beaten eggs and the dates. We will have a wet dough with which we will make the balls. Use two spoons and place on a tray on baking paper.

Place an almond on top of each ball.

Preheat the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 °C. They do not have to be toasted.

Place on a wire rack. When cool, garnish with melted chocolate. Let cool for a few minutes in the refrigerator and that's it, enjoy!
