Before we begin: ▪️La amount of cocoa powder is indicative, it depends on the taste of each one. It is better to add a little at a time until you reach the desired point. ▪️Al like cocoa, add sweetener to taste. ▪️Los cheeses can be light or normal. ▪️Opción 2: there is a small variation of the recipe. Instead of putting 300gr of qfb, put 180gr of qfb and add a yogurt + chocolate proteins (Mercadona). In this case the amount of cocoa powder and sweetener will vary. This way it is not 100%RF, but for occasional consumption it is fine.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sweetener to taste, the cheeses and the vanilla essence with the help of a mixer.

In another bowl add the oat flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of the wet ingredients in sifted form and mix well.

Line an ovenproof mold and pour the mixture. In my case I used a 20cm round mold.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °, although it is better to prick it from time to time with a toothpick to see that it is done. If you see that it will be too much on top, cover it with albal paper.

Let cool and unmold. It is a juicy cake, a little wet.
