Preparación de la receta
1
I repeat here again the more detailed ingredients to see what each version would contain: 👉🏻 Palmera 'normal - 50 gr of ground oats - 30 gr of date paste - 70 ml of water 👉🏻 Chocolate palmera - 50 gr ground oats - 10 gr pure cocoa powder - 30 g of date paste - 80 ml of water (a pinch more than normal) * The date paste is made by crushing pitted dates with a little bit of water. * If you are not yet accustomed to things not very sweet, you can add a dash of vanilla flavoring to the mixture (for me it is enough, but the taste must be educated 😃).
2
We beat by hand in separate bowls the ingredients to make the mixture for each of the palms (if you make both, if not only the one you choose to make, of course). The point is to get a doughy dough. Here you have a picture of how the mixture of the 'normal' palm tree looks like 👇🏻

3
And here's another one of how the chocolate one would look like 👇🏻

4
Preheat the oven to 200° with heat up and down.
5
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. With a pastry bag (or with a homemade one: for example a freezer bag to which you cut one of the bottom corners to make a sleeve) we recreate the palm trees. Fill the piping bag with dough and press and form a heart within our capabilities 😂.

6
Place in the oven for 25 minutes and let cool slightly on a wire rack.

7
And now we can eat them! Alone, or with a topping on top to disguise how ugly they are, as is my caso✌🏻😂
