Put the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl and mix. Then we add the water and oil little by little, while mixing it.

Let stand 1 hour in the bowl with plastic wrap. Meanwhile we cut the ingredients we want (in my case, onion, tomato and ham) and then add them on top as toppings. Preheat the oven.

After an hour, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 finger, decorate with the toppings and pour a drizzle of oil on top. Finally, we put it in the oven (15-20min at 180°).
