Put the sirloin cut into medallions in a casserole over high heat with olive oil, sear on both sides and set aside.

When the garlic is golden brown add the whiskey and leave it for 2 minutes so that the alcohol evaporates a little. After 2 minutes add the chicken broth, lemon juice and corn flour diluted in water. Add the salt and cook for one minute.
