Distribute all the ingredients in containers side by side. I prefer organic corn flakes. The flour, if you prefer a less sweet taste, use buckwheat flour. The egg must be beaten and add salt and plenty of black pepper.

Dredge the heura first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the cornflakes previously coarsely chopped by hand.

Arrange on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees, in grill more ventilated, for about 15 minutes. Check and remove them only when they are very crispy (but not burnt) on the outside. Serve with the sauce you like! I have made a fake salsa brava, the recipe is in my profile, in the patatas bravas recipe!
