Put the gelatin sheets in water.

Cut and crush the mango.

Bring the water to boil. Just before boiling, remove from heat.

Drain and add the gelatin. Mix well. Once mixed, add the mango juice and mix until well blended. Do the same with the evaporated milk.

Finally, pour the mixture into flan dishes and let stand in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Decorate with some mint leaves.
