Chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato and potatoes and set aside.

We take the cod (I use fogonero but it does not appear in the application), cut it into cubes, season with salt and pepper and brown it in the pan with a little oil and set aside.

Add all the chopped vegetables in a pot with oil and fry them. When it is poached (10 minutes approx.) add the diced potatoes, 2 glasses of water, salt, thyme, a bay leaf, paprika and a little coloring. Let it boil for 10 minutes.

Add the chickpeas and cod and leave for another 5 minutes. Just before turning off the heat, add a splash of vinegar. Let it rest for 20 minutes and it's ready!
