Remove the crust from the slices of sliced bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.

Peel the banana and cut it lengthwise, half and half (we have 4 long pieces of banana). Spread the slices with peanut butter, put a "strip" of banana on top of each slice and roll it up.

Beat the egg with the cinnamon and pass the rolls. Put them in a frying pan over medium heat until they are golden brown on all sides.
