Broccoli with spiced tofu

For this recipe we can use either fresh or frozen broccoli. In case of fresh broccoli we remove the florets and wash them, we can keep the stem to make a broth (or freeze it to make it another day). We put the broccoli in the steamer or pot and cook it until it is to taste.

While the broccoli is cooking, we spice the tofu, in a bowl add the oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and spices (you can add the ones you like the most). Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the dressing. Stir well to integrate all the ingredients and set aside for a few minutes.

After a few minutes when we see that the broccoli is almost ready, in a frying pan or wok with a drizzle of oil over medium / high heat add the tofu. Be careful that it does not stick, we give a few turns that it is well done.

Once the broccoli is ready, add to the pan and stir well. A couple of minutes for the flavors to integrate and ready to enjoy!
