Preheat oven to 200 degrees with up and down option and ventilation. Remove the mascarpone from the refrigerator to soften. Meanwhile, in the container where we will make the flan and put it in the oven, pour a good splash of vanilla flavoring until it covers the entire bottom of the container (it will be our caramel). Then, add about 4 spoons of lemon juice and mix.

Beat the 4 eggs well. If the mascarpone is already softer, add it to the eggs, if not, heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Cut 3 ounces of chocolate into small but undefined shapes and add them to the previous mixture and continue mixing.

We put the flan in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes (it will depend a little on each oven). And when it is done, turn off the oven and leave it for 20 minutes more. Afterwards, take it out and wait an hour to unmold it and enjoy. If you like it cold and not at room temperature, you can put it in the refrigerator and enjoy it cold ❄.
