⭐ INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings): - 1 chicken breast - 1 tomato - Cheese - Oregano

Fillet the breast to get two fillets not too high and place them on a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano.

Place thin slices of cheese on the breast, pressing a little so that it sticks together. On top of the cheese, place tomato slices and add oregano.

Add another thin layer of cheese on top of the tomato and bake at 210 ºC for 25 minutes.
