Preparación de la receta

For the dough: a ripe banana, mash it in a fork, add an egg and beat, then two spoonfuls of flour and mix everything. NO MIXER IS NEEDED.

Prepare a non-stick frying pan with a little oil, when it is hot put the mixture, about two minutes on each side. I get about three pancakes.

Once they are ready we put on top whatever we want, cocoa cream, strawberries, oat flakes, nuts, seeds...
