Ingredients🍴(for a 20 cm mold) For the base - 200g of hazelnuts - 15 dates For the filling - 700ml milk or vegetable drink - 400ml evaporated milk - 100g brown rice - 2 sachets of agar-agar (4g) - Date paste (to taste) - 1 stick of cinnamon - A piece of lemon peel

Procedure👩🏻🍳. - Grind the hazelnuts together with the dates (previously hydrated) until a paste is formed. - We place it homogeneously in the base of the mold and reserve in the refrigerator.

- Using the mambomix; put all ingredients (except agar-agar): 40min, speed 1, 100°, power 3

- When 4 minutes are left, add the agar-agar (diluted according to the brand's instructions), stir with the silicone tongue and let the program finish. - Remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel and let stand for 30-40 minutes (stirring every few minutes).

- Pour the mixture over the previous base and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight. - Unmold and... ENJOY!!!😜

*If we do it in the traditional way we put all the ingredients in the pot (except the agar agar) and when it has 4 minutes left, we introduce it and let it rest before pouring in the mold.
