Preheat the oven to 200掳 up and down. Soak the dates in very hot water for 10 minutes and drain. Grate the peel of half a lemon. Peel and cut apples regardless of the shape.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and grind.

Grease the mold (whatever you prefer, I made 12 flans and a small cake with these measurements), fill and put in the oven. The flans take 10 min, if it is a cake about 30 approx. Stay tuned, and check with a toothpick.
