For the cream cheese 160g cream cheese 2 eggs M 1 teaspoon vanilla 60g date paste

Mix all the ingredients for the cookie in a bowl and separately in another bowl for the cheesecake.

Place half of the cookie dough in an ovenproof silicone mold, add all the cheesecake mixture and then cover with the remaining half of the cookie dough.

30 minutes in the oven at 175º C
