Cut the eggplant into slices of about 1 cm and cook them on a griddle coated with olive oil until they are tender. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

Take it out and we assemble layers and fill with ratatouille (I used homemade that I had) and slices of cheese. I had enough to make 2 timbales.

And enjoy !!! I put some piri-piri in it too 😏😏 .It turns out delicious !!!😋😋😋😋.
