Reserve the cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence + 1 tablespoon of orange as it will be the filling once the mugcakes are made. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir until everything is integrated, add the milk and the rest of the wet ingredients with the mashed banana (the riper the banana, the sweeter it will be), mix everything again very well. (Use only the broth from the beet). Divide the mixture into two cups and microwave for 3 minutes or until it barely stains when pierced. Unmold and let cool. When it is cold, remove a part of the top with a spoon, a fruit corer, a knife (whatever suits you best), pour the cream cheese in a bowl with the remaining tablespoon of orange and a teaspoon of vanilla essence, stir well until an almost liquid texture is obtained, fill the mugcakes, cover again with the piece that was removed and finish painting them with the remaining cheese. Grate the orange peel on top and enjoy.
