First cut the onion and peppers into strips.

In a large frying pan, put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to sauté first the onion and then the peppers.

Once the onion and peppers are ready, add the chicken strips from Mercadona and stir a couple of times to heat it and let it get the flavor of the sauce.

Once we have it, we fill the pancakes to taste and optional, we can put some grated mozzarella cheese, but this step is optional, I prefer without. After adding the cheese, we can pass them again through the pan over low heat, so they do not burn and the cheese melts. They are ready! Enjoy!
