Cook the sweet potato in the microwave in a silicone case cut into small pieces. I put it 7 minutes at max. power

Mash it and mix it with the eggs, oats, nutritional yeast and spices. I did not add salt because I think the flavor of the spices is enough.

Place the dough in a baking dish or baking pan on baking paper.

Bake 20 minutes at 180°.

Put whatever you like, I put everything: Mozzarella, natural mussels, peppers, zucchini, blueberries, fried tomato, mushrooms, spices, chili....

Put it in the oven for 15 minutes more and ready to enjoy 🤤🤤🤤🤤.
