Gnocchi with tomato and mozzarella cheese

Preparación de la receta

Put boiling water in a saucepan and cook the gnocchi for 3-4 minutes. Take them out and drain the water. In the meantime, heat the oven to 180°C.

In a baking dish put the tomato as a base and add the gnocchi on top.

Add the sliced mozzarella on top, the grated mozzarella and the Parmesan with the oregano on top.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes with heat up and down.

Remove from the oven and enjoy!
