Preheat the oven to 200º. In a baking dish place the feta cheese, the cherries (better if they are yellow and orange, for the colors of the dish), the spices, the lemon and orange zest and a drizzle of olive oil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

On the other hand, put water in a pot to boil with a pinch of salt and when it boils, add the rice and cook it for 15 minutes.

Mix the rice in the bowl with the cheese and cherries and serve!
