Preparación de la receta

The first thing we will do is heat the water to make the egg, the coffee pot on the stove and two slices of bread to toast.

When the water boils, add the egg and count 3 minutes, while preparing the toasts.

For the tomato and fresh cheese toast, simply slice both ingredients and place them on top of the bread, adding salt, oregano and AVOE to taste.

For the avocado and egg toast, we mash the avocado on the bread, add salt and AVOE and when we take out the egg (do not forget to run it under cold water to cut the cooking point) we will put it on top spread out

Finally we serve the orange juice and prepare the coffee with milk to taste (I have put sugar but can be sweetened with honey, saccharin or others).
