Preparación de la receta

Hydrate the dates in water.

Peel and cut the zucchini into small pieces. Place in a dish with a little water in the base and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave, until soft. Then drain the zucchini well to remove the water.

In a food processor, puree the zucchini until no large chunks remain (texture to taste).

Crush the hydrated dates.

Mix and beat well all the ingredients in the following order: eggs, yogurt, oil, dates, zucchini, flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan or baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC, having previously preheated the oven.
