We make a stir-fry of leek, carrot and pumpkin, finely chopped in aove. Medium heat, without haste until well poached, then add a couple of ripe tomatoes and leave on the fire until done. Mash and return to the pot.

Wash the cooked beans very well and add to the mashed mixture, a bay leaf, salt, and a glass. Chop a diced zucchini and cook for 10 minutes more. Let stand and enjoy.
