Cut the eggplant into very thin strips and fry in a frying pan with a little EVOO. We make in the frying pan the crushed natural tomato on the side.

Once we have both, in a mold we place a layer of eggplant, a layer of ham and a layer of cheese and cover with tomato.

Add one more layer and finally a layer of eggplant and add cheese on top to taste. Put in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees and serve.
