PREPARATION OF MEATBALLS: 1. We put the two slices of bread in a bowl, pour the milk and let them soak until they are well absorbed.

2. In the same bowl add the minced meat, one egg, salt, garlic and parsley (to taste) and mix the whole mass. ‼️Si the dough is too liquid and with little consistency you can add a little breadcrumbs.

3. Then take small portions of dough, shape them into small balls with your hands and coat them in flour. ‼️Os I recommend that as you make a ball you roll it in flour by reserving until you have all of them.

4. Once all the balls are ready, fry them in a frying pan and set aside.

PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE: 1. Peel and cut the onion, garlic and carrot (it does not matter if they are large pieces because then we will grind everything).

Sauté the vegetables in a pot with a dash of oil until they are colored.

Salt to taste, add the white wine and the tablespoon of flour and stir.

4 . If it is too thick, add water and boil over medium heat until the carrot is soft.

5. Finally, in the same pot, blend everything with a blender (if the sauce is thick, add water until you like the texture).

PREPARATION: Put the meatballs in the pot with the sauce. Mix well and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
