In a bowl mix 60 grams of chickpea flour and 60 ml of water. Add salt, pepper and cumin, and stir well until there are no lumps. If it is too thick add more water.... up to 80 ml.

Let it rest for 10 minutes, and then put it in the frying pan greased with oil and turn it over and over.

Add whatever you like. Quantities are per person. Enjoy!
