Sauté the shrimp in a pan with EVOO, salt and other spices. Remove.

In the same frying pan, sauté the zucchini spirals with all the spices, salt and EVOO (turn and turn, so that they are half raw) and remove them from the frying pan.

In the same frying pan, fry the chopped half onion, the grated carrot and the sliced mushrooms with salt, EVOO and the same spices.

Add 3 or 4 spoonfuls of crushed tomato, a splash of white wine and the shrimps. Stir and cook (covered) for 2-3 minutes.
