Add the dry ingredients in a bowl: cinnamon, matcha tea powder, vanilla protein and chia. Mix together. I added spirulina powder to get the green color.

Add the yogurt and stir until thoroughly blended.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (I leave it overnight) so that the chia expands and thickens the pudding.

Serve with fruit, nuts and cereals to taste.
