Soak the oat flakes for 10 minutes.

Drain and put the flakes in the blender with a little water and a pinch of salt (to enhance the flavor). *I blend it with a little water and when it is well crushed I add the rest of the water, so that it does not overflow.

Strain and crush the oatmeal well. *Do not throw away the lees, save them for dough, sauces, cookies .....*.

I use a proportion of 10gr per 100ml, in case you want less quantity. The water can be filtered, mineral, tap water...whatever we usually use. Consume in about 3 days, as it has no preservatives.
