Marinate the tuna with soy, sesame oil, a spoonful of ginger and two chili peppers (this is optional, I like it spicy).

Cut all the vegetables and add them to the hot pan. Always hot, since in these sautéed dishes we want everything to be aldente.

When the vegetables have little left, add the tuna with the liquid from the maceration. Let it cook for a couple of minutes and voila! Serve and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
