Clarification: In the ingredients I put strawberry but it is strawberry jam. If you do not have it you can crush the strawberries, or make jam quickly if you have frozen strawberries, pour them in a pan or saucepan with a little water over medium-high heat until it reduces and has the texture of jam and ready.

Chia pudding: In a bowl, jar or glass add about 30 grams (2 tablespoons more or less) of whipped cream cheese (you can use natural yogurt if you prefer), milk, chia, oatmeal and two teaspoons of strawberry jam or well crushed fruit. Mix everything well and take it to the refrigerator preferably 8 hours or until the next day. *I recommend to prepare it the night before.

For the top layer, when we are going to consume it (breakfast, snack...) we take the rest of the beaten cheese, add a drop or two of vanilla essence and mix. Pour it on top of the pudding, which should already have taken consistency, spread it well and add the blueberries on top, and if you have strawberries you can also add them, or other fruit that goes well 🍓🫐🍌🍑

You can use another jam to flavor the pudding and put the fruit you have at home on top, the important thing is that you use the amounts and ingredients of the pudding as a base so that it has a good consistency.
