Place the cooked octopus on the griddle to temper it.

Place 2 or 4 slices of boiled potatoes on a plate at the ends of the plate.

Place 2 handfuls of salad in the center of the plate, top with some cherry tomatoes cut in half and the sliced octopus.

Add a little salt and hot paprika on top of the potato, put some slices of cooked octopus and some hot paprika on top.

Add a little salt, EVOO (I use the one I prepare previously spicy) and a splash of sherry vinegar.
