Chicken with almonds (oriental style)

In a frying pan with EVOO, fry the chicken cut into pieces with salt, pepper (black or white) and garlic powder together with the almonds. Meanwhile, cut into strips half a red bell pepper, half a green bell pepper, half a yellow bell pepper, two carrots and a spring onion.

When the chicken and almonds have colored, add the vegetables to the pan. Season again with garlic, ginger and salt. It is important to leave the vegetables crispy, so when they are golden brown, add half a glass of soy and let it evaporate.

While the soy evaporates, in the same small glass, add the broth and two teaspoons of cornstarch. Stir it with emphasis so as not to leave any lumps and add it to the frying pan. In this way we will obtain a thicker sauce. We will let everything rest for two minutes and then it will be ready to taste a great oriental dish.
