Crumble the cooked fish

Put the fish, evaporated milk, fried tomato, salt and pepper in a blender. Grind and mix

Preheat the oven to 220°.

Place a napkin soaked with a little olive oil inside the mold you are going to use (in my case 1.5 l) and set aside.

Add the 3 egg whites and the 4 eggs to the mixer bowl. Beat for 1 minute or until the mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the contents of the glass into the mold

Place the mold in a dish with water in it and put it in the oven at medium height, lowering the temperature to 200°. Check after 45 min.

Unmold and let cool Can be served with pink sauce
