Ingredients: 🌱 Strawberries 🌱 Dates 🌱 Oat flour 🌱 Oat flakes 🌱 Hazelnuts 🌱 Soy beverage 🌱 Dark chocolate Preparation: 1️⃣ We heat the strawberries and dates 4-5 minutes in the microwave. Whisk and set aside 2️⃣ We mix the oat flakes, hazelnuts and oat flour together with the soy beverage until we get a "dough". 3️⃣ In my case I used a stick mold, but you can make it all together in a square or rectangular bowl and then cut into sticks. Add a first layer of the oat+hazelnut+soy drink mixture and crush well. Add a second layer of strawberry and date jam. Add a third layer just like the first one 4️⃣ We bake 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (heat up and fan, but watch that it does not burn 👀🔥 that it toasts a little bit). Let cool and then unmold. 5️⃣ Add the toppings of your choice! In my case: dark chocolate + hazelnut pieces (I have kept them in the fridge so they are cool now that it starts.
