Peel and mash the 2 ripe bananas while preheating the oven to 160°C.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl or with a multimixer except the nuts and the chocolate until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Tip: to make it fluffier, beat the egg whites separately and cover the flour when incorporating it.

Cut the chocolate ounces into small pieces and add to the mixture.

Arrange the mixture in a silicone cake pan or a suitable pan (grease with coconut oil if necessary).
