For the base, crush the hazelnuts, dates and butter and add to the base of a mold. Refrigerate.

Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.

In a bowl in a bain-marie, mix the mascarpone and the cocoa and hazelnut cream with a whisk until smooth.

Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatine in it. When it is completely dissolved, add to the previous cream and mix well.

Add to the mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. You can add the berries once it is already set, enjoy! 😋
